Adverts placed online before or on bank or public holidays, may be delayed by the additional number of hours of such holidays.
A condition to us accepting and placing your online adverts on our site, is that we give absolutely no warranties or conditions to the lodging of any advert. We do give any guarantees about to the success of the advert.
Where we offer free advertising, we will automatically allocate a phoneplus number and this number will show in the seller’s advert.
All calls made in response to the advert will be made to the phoneplus number before being diverted to the seller’s landline or mobile number.
Callers responding to a free advert will be charged at £1.50 per minute when calling from a standard UK landline. Calls from a mobile phone will cost more and will vary depending on the service provider.
Unless cancelled or withdrawn by the seller, free adverts will run for four weeks. All adverts will be treated as live until the seller receives an email from us confirming that the advert has been cancelled or withdrawn.
To place an advert with us, you must be at least 16 years old.
Private sellers can place up to only three adverts in any 12 months.
General
We reserve the right to assign or sub contract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to a third party.
If we exercise this right, we shall name the assignee or sub contractor on the website and you will be entitled to terminate the account in five working days. You may not, without our prior consent, assign or dispose of any rights or obligations arising under these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, contain the entire agreement and understanding in which the parties relating to the website are bound, and supersede any and all previous agreements, arrangements, statements and understandings, except for any fraud or fraudulent representations by either party.
Excludes all representations and warranties relating to access for use of the website, whether they are statutory or otherwise, as far as is possible by law.
If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, it should not affect the enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
